You may sell any ticket on fanSALE. However, you must describe the tickets truthfully. Information about whether the seats are next to each other or not should always part of every seat description. The more accurately you describe the tickets, the lower the likelihood that the buyer will be dissatisfied.
"All tickets originally purchased through Ticketcorner AG's ticket system can be checked with Ticketcorner TicketCheck. It does not matter whether the tickets were purchased on the Internet (for example on www.ticketcorner.ch), by telephone or at a ticket office. You will recognise tickets from Ticketcorner AG by the printed Ticketcorner lettering on the front and back of the ticket as well as on the hologram "CTSEVENTIM.AG" on the front of the tickets.
Why should I always offer my Ticketcorner tickets for purchase with the Ticketcorner Ticketcheck?
Tickets from Ticketcorner AG's system can be offered on fanSALE in a particularly convenient and safe way with Ticketcorner Ticketcheck. On the "List Offer" page, simply enter the unique ticket numbers of your tickets.
After checking the ticket numbers for validity with the Ticketcorner Ticketcheck, all important data, such as event name, date and venue are read directly from our system and displayed on a summary page along with any other information you have provided.
Upon successful verification, your offer will be marked with the Ticketcorner Ticketcheck logo in the offer lists and thus attracts special attention. In case of offers with the Ticketcorner Ticketcheck Logo, every interested buyer immediately knows:
"By creating an offer, you have contractually agreed to sell the tickets at a fixed price. Deletion of the offer without any reason is not allowed. If your tickets cease to exist due to force majeure or have been lost in any other way, you have the option to cancel your offer under "My fanSALE" >> "Offers". "

To offer tickets for sale, proceed as follows:
There are two ways of offering your tickets for sale online. You can offer your tickets to other members either as a fixed price offer or in an auction. An auction has the advantage that you can be sure of finding a purchaser if you enter a start price of 1.00 CHF. The duration and start of the auction are determined by you. The advantage of a fixed price offer is that tickets are only sold if the price matches your expectations and, under certain circumstances, the sale may take place long before the end of an auction.
To offer tickets for sale, please proceed as follows:
In general, the official ticket price will be refunded by the promoter in this case. Usually you do not have to contact the promoter, but the ticket outlet that originally sold you your tickets. Whether the presale fee is also refunded, is usually at the discretion of the ticket outlet. You can sometimes tell which ticket outlet this is by a print or stamp on the ticket, or ask your salesperson where they bought the tickets. In this case, fanSALE can only help you to a limited extent, as we did not sell you the tickets, but only mediated the sale from fan to fan. For this reason, we do not know who originally issued the tickets.
fanSALE will of course try to support you. If the tickets were sold through the Ticketcorner network of advance ticket outlets (recognisable by the Ticketcorner logo on the tickets), we will usually be able to provide you with the relevant advance ticket outlet and its address so that you can send the tickets to the correct location for reimbursement.
We will transfer the proceeds of the sale to your account at a bank registered in Switzerland. Therefore we need your current bank details. Please remember to update your bank details if they have changed since your last ticket sale. It is not possible to credit your sales income to credit cards. ?
When your offer is finished, you will automatically receive an e-mail. After that, you as seller don't have to do anything. Ticketcorner AG will take care of all the processing (sending tickets and paying out the money) for you.
After the buyer has received the tickets and has not reported any issues within 48 hours of receipt, we will transfer the sales price minus the 10% service fee to your bank account within 5 business days. Depending on the bank terms and weekends in between, it may take a few days for the money to be credited to your account.
